How to measure

Bust: Measure your natural waist – the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.

Dress Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder (next to your neck) straight down to where you'd like the hem of the dress to fall (e.g., mid-thigh or above the knee), then compare it to the chart above.

Our towelling products are made from hand dyed Upcycled towel & Upcycled Cotton.

She's Apples Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your She's Apples pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange in line with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item for an exchange, or store credit if:

• within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  
• proof of purchase (e.g. order number or email receipt).
  

Exchanges

• Free exchanges for size changes within Australia. (minus shipping)
• No exchanges on sale items
  

Refunds

• We offer a full refund if you item is deemed 'faulty'. This does not include slight colour variation in the product as they are hand dyed and it makes each product unique.
  
• up to 5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
  

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shesapples.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll sort it out promptly in line with Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email hello@shesapples.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return form.
3. Post the item back within 5 business days of receiving instructions.
